APPROACH  

​​In these on-line courses, we will address these and many other questions, using scenarios. At the beginning of each course module, you will be provided with "questions to think about", which will form the basis for the scenarios discussions. You will be asked to share your perspectives and recommended solutions. During each course module, you will be provided with various frameworks, scenarios and practical examples, using Integrated IT Performance Measurement Dashboards. You will learn what it takes to apply the concepts within your particular environment, using scenarios. At the ending of each course module, a set a testing questions will be provided to confirm your understanding and applicability of the contents. You will also reflect on your own views and experiences for improvements after completing the course. Finally, you will obtain a certification of completion, after passing the final 3-hour exam.
